These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Tailly (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a software-as-a-service platform designed for dog grooming businesses. By registering for or using Tailly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Tailly.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

2. Our Services

Tailly provides booking, client management, reminders, and related business tools for dog grooming businesses.

We may update, improve, or modify the services from time to time. Some features may be added or removed at our discretion.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login details.

4. Subscription and Payment

Tailly is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be set out at the time of subscription.

All payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate your access if payment is not received on time.

Prices may change. If they do, we will provide reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination, your right to use Tailly will end, but certain obligations (such as outstanding payments) may still apply.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

Use Tailly for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Interfere with the proper functioning of Tailly or attempt to reverse engineer the software.

7. Client Data

You may upload or store personal information about your clients in Tailly.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary consents and lawful basis to process your clients’ data.

We act as a data processor in respect of such information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through Tailly remain our property or the property of our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tailly for your business operations.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our software without prior written consent.

9. Availability and Support

We aim to ensure Tailly is available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may carry out maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes which could result in temporary downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tailly is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tailly, its directors, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Tailly, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the platform or via email. Your continued use of Tailly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
